This website is operated by Telesmart Limited(“Telesmart”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales. This policy describes what information this website handles. We have kept it short because the site collects very little.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, referrers, approximate region, device type). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; data is aggregated and anonymised by design.
Email you send us. Contact on this site works by email. If you email us — for example to arrange an assessment — we receive what you choose to send, and we use it to respond to you. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Cookies. The public website does not set cookies. (Our separate content administration area, used only by Telesmart staff, uses a session cookie for sign-in.)
What we don’t do
No advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels, no sale or sharing of visitor data, no profiling of individual visitors.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) as needed to serve the site and provide the anonymised analytics described above. Email is handled by our email provider when you contact us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data we hold about you — including access, correction and erasure. Since the website itself holds essentially none, this will usually concern email correspondence. To exercise any right, or to ask anything about this policy, contact contact@telesmart.io.
